We are an enthusiastic, caring and professional team, dedicated to providing every opportunity through play for children to discover the desire to learn.

Our fully qualified staff enjoy continuing professional development opportunities, led by an experienced Early Years graduate management team. Montessori practice is combined with the current Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to ensure the highest possible quality provision.

Each child receives individual support from their Key Person to enable them to become happily active, motivated learners. In this way, children learn the value of achievement through their own efforts and ideas, learn about social and community relationships and enjoy responsibility and acknowledgement of their own choices and actions.

The Montessori Method

This renowned world-wide specialist approach designed by Dr Maria Montessori in the 1930's encourages each child to learn through gently guided self-teaching experiences, enhancing their natural curiosity and awareness of the world around them. Children progress through structured and spontaneous activities with caring guidance from both adults and children.

This philosophy and specialist materials ensure that each child learns at their own natural pace according to their particular learning strengths, gaining self-esteem, independence and confidence in their own ability. The materials are didactic and multi-sensorial, side-stepping many difficulties children may have in learning through traditional methods, making learning fun.
